2015 Vintage
2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
This 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Adelaida and El Pomar AVAs of Paso Robles. We oversee management of the El Pomar vineyard which we've been nurturing for a few years now. While fruit yield was low due to the drought we've lived through, the clusters that did grow showed excellent quality. We barrel aged this wine for nearly two years in 50% new French oak. It shows an array of varietal flavors including dense dark fruit, blackberry, cassis, currants, vanilla and toast.

2015 Zinfandel
Our 2015 Zinfandel derives from Mitch Culver's Bella Vineyard located in the Willow Creek AVA in Paso Robles. We harvested in late September, cold soaked and fermented prior to barreling, and aged the wine for 22 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels before bottling. The resulting product is rich, ripe, and complex with notes of vibrant berry, black cherry, white pepper, and spice. With excellent acid balance and tannin structure, we hope you'll find this wine very pleasing and a complement to your family dinner.

Aged in French oak barrels for nearly two full years, this wine is full bodied with layers of classical cabernet sauvignon flavors marrying its acids and tannins in a welcoming, smooth, harmonious balance. The resulting mouthfeel is lush and carries through to a full finish. It will drink nicely now while having the ability to age in your cellar for many years to come.
